The Studio is a very nice and relaxing space, spacious and perfect for yoga. Sunday morning yoga lessons have been very accommodating and welcoming for beginners and you are always provided with different levels of difficulty if you are not able to do a specific move.

Another great intermediate Pilates class with Gem today. A good range of moves focusing on different muscle groups, with Gem guiding us every step of the way. Always mindful to give us different options if anyone wants them easier or harder. Sessions wound down with 5 minutes of relaxation.

Another great session today with Gem. We used the Magic circle for strength and alignment, and a D-roller to give our core stability and a balance check. An all-body class where everyone was concentrating hard! Totally recommend.
