This class will help you build upon your existing foundation, refine your form, and develop deeper strength, flexibility, and control in every movement. Join us every Wednesday at 7:15 PM at Studio Three, Checketts Lane Industrial Estate. Each session is just £12.50 per class, making it an affordable and effective way to advance your Pilates journey. What to Expect In this class, you’ll move beyond the fundamentals and explore intermediate-level Pilates exercises that challenge your core stability, coordination, and precision. Under the guidance of our certified instructors, you’ll focus on control, alignment, and mindful movement, ensuring every exercise is both safe and effective. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more centred, and deeply connected to your body. Here’s What You’ll Experience: Advanced Core Work: Strengthen your deep core muscles through controlled, progressive movements that enhance stability and endurance. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. If you are a member then you can use your 'class credit' at a different time within the monthly membership as long as you cancel your class in time. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made. We ask that you arrive around 10 minutes before the class starts, if you are late then please come in quietly as to not disturb others. You can park on the left as you enter the estate but please note cars are parked at owners risk and the Studio accepts no liability to damage or loss of personal objects. If you are attending a Sound bath then please ensure you arrive 10/15 minutes early as the Studio will lock the doors promptly to allow the Sound bath to begin. Any late arrivals will not be allowed in or refunded / exchanged.
