New to Pilates? Our Beginners Pilates Class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to fitness or simply want to explore a low-impact, full-body workout, this class offers the perfect starting point for building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness. What to Expect In this class, you'll learn the basics of Pilates – focusing on proper technique, breathing, and foundational exercises that activate the core muscles, improve posture, and promote flexibility. No previous experience is necessary, and our certified instructors will guide you step by step through each movement, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident. Foundational Exercises: You’ll learn the key Pilates movements, such as the Hundred, Roll-Up, and Plank, to build strength and mobility. Focus on Core Strength: Pilates is centered around core activation. You'll target and strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and hips, which form the foundation for overall body strength and stability. Improved Posture: Learn exercises that promote good posture, strengthen the back, and alleviate common tension areas like the neck, shoulders, and lower back. Low-Impact, Full-Body Workout: Pilates is gentle on the joints, making it a great option for beginners and those recovering from injuries. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. You may be eligible to use this 'credit' at a different class / event. Please contact the studio direct. If you are a member then you can use your 'class' at a different time within the monthly membership. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made.
