New to Pilates? Our Beginners Pilates Class is the perfect way to discover the fundamentals of Pilates in a relaxed, supportive, and welcoming environment. Whether you’re new to exercise or looking for a gentle, low-impact, full-body workout, this class will help you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase body awareness at your own pace. Join us every Wednesday at 11:30 AM at Studio Three, Checketts Lane Industrial Estate. Each class is just £12.50, making it an affordable and enjoyable way to strengthen your body and calm your mind. What to Expect In this beginner-friendly Pilates class, you’ll learn the core principles of Pilates under the guidance of our certified instructors. We’ll focus on proper technique, mindful breathing, and controlled movement, helping you activate your core muscles, improve posture, and develop long-term strength and mobility. No previous experience is required — this class is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Here’s What You’ll Learn Foundational Pilates Exercises: Learn classic movements such as the Hundred, Roll-Up, and Plank to build mobility, balance, and strength. Core Strength & Stability: Strengthen the muscles of your abdomen, lower back, and hips for a stronger, more stable foundation. Better Posture & Alignment: Ease tension in your neck, shoulders, and back while improving your overall posture. Low-Impact, Full-Body Workout: Gentle on your joints but highly effective — perfect for beginners or those recovering from injury. Mindful Breathing: Understand how proper breathwork enhances movement efficiency, focus, and relaxation. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. If you are a member then you can use your 'class credit' at a different time within the monthly membership as long as you cancel your class in time. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made. We ask that you arrive around 10 minutes before the class starts, if you are late then please come in quietly as to not disturb others. You can park on the left as you enter the estate but please note cars are parked at owners risk and the Studio accepts no liability to damage or loss of personal objects. If you are attending a Sound bath then please ensure you arrive 10/15 minutes early as the Studio will lock the doors promptly to allow the Sound bath to begin. Any late arrivals will not be allowed in or refunded / exchanged.
