Welcome to Mums & Babies Pilates at Studio Three Worcester — a gentle, supportive postnatal Pilates class designed to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth. Our welcoming Tuesday morning classes are created especially for new mums looking to safely rebuild strength, improve posture, restore core connection and enjoy movement again in a calm, friendly environment. Babies are welcome to attend with you, making this the perfect opportunity to prioritise your wellbeing without needing childcare. Located at Studio Three Worcester, our postnatal Pilates classes focus on: * Pelvic floor recovery * Deep core strength * Improving posture and alignment * Releasing neck, shoulder and back tension * Gentle mobility and flexibility * Relaxation and breathing techniques Whether you are completely new to Pilates or returning to exercise after birth, this class offers a safe and supportive space with no pressure or judgement. We understand the realities of motherhood — babies may feed, sleep, cry or need changing during class, and that is always welcome here. Class Details 📍 Studio Three Worcester Unit 1D Checketts Lane Industrial Estate, Worcester, WR3 7JW 🗓 Tuesdays ⏰ 10:45am – 11:45am ✨ 5-week course ✨ £48 per block ✨ Small supportive group (maximum 12 mums) ✨ Babies welcome until crawling ✨ Tea & chat after class Who Can Attend? Our postnatal Pilates classes are suitable from: * 6 weeks after vaginal birth (with GP or midwife clearance) * 10–12 weeks after Caesarean birth (with GP or midwife clearance) This class is ideal for mums wanting to gently return to exercise, meet other local mums in Worcester and take time for their own physical and emotional wellbeing. Cancellation Policy
If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. If you are a member then you can use your 'class credit' at a different time within the monthly membership as long as you cancel your class in time. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made. We ask that you arrive around 10 minutes before the class starts, if you are late then please come in quietly as to not disturb others. You can park on the left as you enter the estate but please note cars are parked at owners risk and the Studio accepts no liability to damage or loss of personal objects. If you are attending a Sound bath then please ensure you arrive 10/15 minutes early as the Studio will lock the doors promptly to allow the Sound bath to begin. Any late arrivals will not be allowed in or refunded / exchanged.
