Core Strength and Stability: Pilates is renowned for its focus on the core, which helps support posture, reduce back pain, and enhance balance. Strengthening the core also supports pelvic health, which can be affected during menopause. Improved Flexibility: Gentle stretches and Pilates movements increase flexibility, reducing muscle stiffness and helping with joint mobility, which is particularly important during menopause. Bone Health: Osteoporosis risk increases with menopause, but Pilates helps to strengthen bones by using weight-bearing exercises to improve bone density and muscle strength. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. You may be eligible to use this 'credit' at a different class / event. Please contact the studio direct. If you are a member then you can use your 'class' at a different time within the monthly membership. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made.
