Our Menopause Pilates Class is designed specifically to support women during this transition, offering a gentle, low-impact workout that helps improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall wellness. Join us every Thursday at 7:45 PM at Studio Three, Checketts Lane Industrial Estate. This class is a safe, supportive environment where you can focus on your body, mind, and health while connecting with others experiencing similar life changes. What to Expect Our Menopause Pilates Class targets areas that often require extra attention during menopause. The carefully designed exercises focus on improving posture, building core strength, increasing flexibility, and supporting bone health — all while helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Core Strength and Stability Pilates emphasizes the core, which supports posture, reduces back pain, and improves balance. Strengthening the abdominal and pelvic muscles also enhances pelvic health, which can be affected during menopause. Improved Flexibility Gentle Pilates movements and stretches help maintain flexibility, reduce stiffness, and support joint mobility — essential for women during menopause. Bone Health and Strength Menopause increases the risk of osteoporosis, but weight-bearing Pilates exercises can strengthen bones, improve muscle tone, and enhance overall stability. Stress Relief and Mind-Body Balance Pilates incorporates mindful breathing and controlled movements, which help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve mental clarity. This mind-body connection is particularly helpful for managing mood swings and emotional fluctuations during menopause. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. If you are a member then you can use your 'class credit' at a different time within the monthly membership as long as you cancel your class in time. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made. We ask that you arrive around 10 minutes before the class starts, if you are late then please come in quietly as to not disturb others. You can park on the left as you enter the estate but please note cars are parked at owners risk and the Studio accepts no liability to damage or loss of personal objects. If you are attending a Sound bath then please ensure you arrive 10/15 minutes early as the Studio will lock the doors promptly to allow the Sound bath to begin. Any late arrivals will not be allowed in or refunded / exchanged.
