If you’re searching for a beginner Pilates class, Pilates for beginners, or a Saturday morning fitness class, this special one-off session is the perfect place to start. Designed for complete beginners and those returning to exercise, this class offers a gentle, supportive introduction to Pilates in a welcoming environment. During this session, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Pilates, including core engagement, posture alignment, breathing techniques, and controlled movement. The class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness—all at a pace that suits beginners. Every exercise includes clear instruction and optional modifications, so you can feel comfortable and confident throughout. Cancellation Policy
If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. If you are a member then you can use your 'class credit' at a different time within the monthly membership as long as you cancel your class in time. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made. We ask that you arrive around 10 minutes before the class starts, if you are late then please come in quietly as to not disturb others. You can park on the left as you enter the estate but please note cars are parked at owners risk and the Studio accepts no liability to damage or loss of personal objects. If you are attending a Sound bath then please ensure you arrive 10/15 minutes early as the Studio will lock the doors promptly to allow the Sound bath to begin. Any late arrivals will not be allowed in or refunded / exchanged.
