Service Description

Join us at our weekly Barre class which combines basic Ballet Barre exercises with the Pilates principles, body conditioning moves and stretches. It is a full body workout to music designed to overload the muscles through a full range of movements as well as smaller end range concentric and eccentric contractions. The 45 minute class consists of a 10 minute warm up, 20 minute Barre, 10 minutes matwork and finishes with stretches. Join us in our welcoming Wellness Studio to experience the benefits of this dynamic workout. This class is Experience the transformative power of Barre at Studio Three.

Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. You may be eligible to use this 'credit' at a different class / event. Please contact the studio direct. If you are a member then you can use your 'class' at a different time within the monthly membership. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made.
