What to Expect In this class, you’ll use Pilates equipment like the resistance bands, soft balls, magic circle, rollers and more) to target your core, improve your posture, and enhance your overall strength. The use of equipment allows for greater range of motion and more advanced exercises, making this class the next step in your Pilates journey. Full-Body Strength: Using the equipment provided, you’ll work all areas of your body, focusing on the core, arms, legs, and back to build a strong, balanced physique. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. You may be eligible to use this 'credit' at a different class / event. Please contact the studio direct. If you are a member then you can use your 'class' at a different time within the monthly membership. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made.
