What to Expect In our Sunday Restorative Vinyasa Class, you'll flow through a series of gentle yoga poses that focus on deep stretching, breath awareness, and mindful movement. Restorative Vinyasa blends the fluidity of Vinyasa with restorative poses, allowing you to flow with ease while deeply relaxing the body. Mindful Movement: Flow through a series of slow, intentional postures designed to stretch and release tension in the body. The emphasis is on relaxation, rather than intensity. Deep Breathing: Focus on controlled, conscious breathing to help reduce stress and calm the nervous system, promoting a sense of inner peace. Cancellation Policy

If you are a PAYG customer unfortunately we do not offer a refund if you are unable to attend a class. You may be eligible to use this 'credit' at a different class / event. Please contact the studio direct. If you are a member then you can use your 'class' at a different time within the monthly membership. If you are booking an event / workshop then unfortunately we do not offer refunds, if you do have to cancel and you give us enough notice (more than 24hrs) and we can fill your space then we will look to refund you but no guarantees are made.
